After-Sales Service
✦ From the date of delivery, the supplier provides a one-year mechanical warranty. Under normal operating conditions, the supplier is responsible for free maintenance and replacement of spare parts; however, consumable parts, wear parts, and tools are not covered under the warranty.
✦ After the one-year warranty period, the supplier will provide the necessary spare parts for repairs and offer repair services at reasonable charges.
Operator Training

Model Selection Guidance
The DK77160 provides the largest listed working envelope and table-load capacity in the current HarsMarg single-cut range: 1600 × 2000 mm X/Y travel and 6000 kg. Its listed maximum workpiece thickness is 900 mm. Compare the DK77120 for a smaller 1200 × 1600 mm envelope and a 4500 kg table-load limit, or review all single-cut wire EDM machines.
Available control options include X8, AutoCut or HL, depending on the confirmed machine configuration.
