D703 Machine Overview
The D703 is a non-CNC, single-axis EDM hole drilling machine for machining holes in electrically conductive workpieces. The “single-axis” designation refers to the controlled Z-axis feed rather than three-axis coordinate CNC control. Its published configuration includes a 480 × 360 mm worktable, 300 × 400 mm X/Y travel, a 330 mm spindle servo stroke and a 200 mm head stroke. The table supports workpieces up to 200 kg, while the listed spindle speed is 20–120 rpm.
The machine is equipped with a 30 A working current, a 25 L working-fluid tank and a listed power rating of 2.5 kW. Its machine size is 1,060 × 805 × 2,100 mm, with a listed machine weight of 600 kg. Actual hole diameter, achievable depth, tolerance, surface condition and cycle time depend on the material, electrode, flushing conditions and process settings.

Model Selection Guidance
Choose the D703 when its 300 × 400 mm X/Y travel, 480 × 360 mm table, 200 kg workpiece capacity and 330 mm spindle servo stroke cover your part and process requirements. Consider the DD703 when you require its published 350 × 450 mm X/Y travel, 300 mm maximum drilling thickness or broader coordinate-based drilling configuration. Final selection should be based on the material, hole diameter and depth, positional tolerance, required output and local power supply.

3. After-sales Service Terms
✦ From the date of delivery, the supplier shall provide a one-year warranty for the mechanical components. Under normal operating conditions, the supplier will be responsible for free repair and replacement of parts. However, wear parts, consumables, and tools are not covered by the warranty.
✦ After the one-year warranty period, the supplier will continue to provide necessary spare parts and offer maintenance services at a reasonable cost.
4. Training
The supplier shall provide 1–2 days of on-site operation training free of charge for 1–2 technical personnel from the customer.
