HarsMarg ZNC die-sinking EDM machines use manual X/Y table positioning with a three-axis digital readout and servo-controlled Z-axis machining. The operator positions the electrode over the workpiece in X and Y, while the Z-axis control manages machining depth, electrode lifting and the programmed rough-to-finish sequence. A three-axis DRO is a position display system; it should not be interpreted as X/Y/Z CNC control.
The ZNC range is intended for electrically conductive workpieces and shaped-electrode cavity machining where manual X/Y positioning is acceptable. For coordinated X/Y/Z motion, multi-position programs or linear, circular and helical interpolation, compare the CNC die-sinking EDM range.

Use this table for initial comparison only. Before ordering, verify the work tank, Z-axis servo travel, auxiliary head travel, electrode-to-table distance, fixture allowance, load distribution, dielectric system and the standard or optional generator supplied with the selected machine.
Published material removal rate, best surface finish and electrode wear are reference values, not unconditional guarantees. Actual performance depends on the workpiece and electrode materials, electrode area and geometry, polarity, cavity depth, discharge settings, dielectric condition and flushing method. Send a drawing when dimensional accuracy, surface finish or cycle time is critical so the process can be evaluated for the actual application.
Provide the workpiece material, dimensions and weight; cavity size and depth; electrode material, dimensions, weight and quantity; target tolerance and surface finish; required output; local power supply; destination country; and any orbiting or automation requirement.
