The ZNC-450, also designated D7145, is a ZNC die-sinking EDM machine with manual X/Y table positioning, digital position display and servo-controlled Z-axis machining. It provides 450 × 350 mm X/Y travel, a 1,200 kg maximum workpiece load, 250 mm of Z-axis servo travel and a separate 250 mm auxiliary head/ram travel. The 60 A and 90 A generator options allow the configuration to be matched to the electrode area, cavity requirements and production target.
Use the ZNC-450 when the ZNC-350 is too small but manual X/Y positioning remains suitable. For a larger work envelope, compare the ZNC-540 before selecting a generator and filtration configuration.

Model Selection Guidance
Choose the ZNC-450 when the workpiece requires up to 450 × 350 mm X/Y travel, a 1,200 kg table load or more vertical clearance than the ZNC-350 provides. Select the 60 A or 90 A cabinet only after considering electrode area, cavity depth, material pair, desired removal rate and available site power. Compare the ZNC-350 for smaller workpieces and the ZNC-540 when a larger work envelope is required. For programmable X/Y positioning, review the CNC die-sinking EDM range.
Performance Conditions
Published material removal rate, surface finish and electrode-wear values are reference results under specified machining conditions, not unconditional results for every workpiece. Actual performance varies with the workpiece and electrode materials, electrode area and geometry, polarity, discharge settings, cavity depth, dielectric condition and flushing method.
