The ZNC-700 is a ZNC die-sinking EDM machine for large mold cavities and work involving heavier electrodes. It provides 700 × 600 mm X/Y travel, a 1,000 × 600 mm worktable, a maximum electrode capacity of 300 kg and 50 A, 60 A or 100 A generator options. The Z axis is servo controlled for EDM machining, while X/Y positioning remains manual and is monitored through the digital readout.
Select this model when the work envelope, electrode weight or generator requirement exceeds the ZNC-650 range but full CNC interpolation is not required. For processes that require programmed X/Y/Z motion, compare the CNC die-sinking EDM series.

Model Selection Guidance
Choose the ZNC-700 when the job requires up to 700 × 600 mm X/Y travel, an electrode weight of up to 300 kg or a generator configuration up to 100 A. If 650 × 550 mm travel and a 150 kg electrode capacity are sufficient, compare the ZNC-650. The ZNC-700 is the larger manual-X/Y ZNC choice; it is not a substitute for CNC control when the process requires programmed multi-axis movement or interpolation.
Generator selection should be based on electrode area, material pair, cavity depth, roughing time and final surface requirement. Do not select the 100 A option from machine size alone.
Performance Conditions
Published removal rate, surface finish, electrode wear, positioning and repeatability values are reference results under specified or suitable machining and measurement conditions. Actual results vary with workpiece and electrode materials, electrode area and geometry, polarity, discharge settings, cavity depth, dielectric condition, temperature, flushing method, setup and measurement method. These values are not simultaneous results or unconditional guarantees.
