HarsMarg H-series machines use a closed-loop diamond wire that runs continuously in one direction. Unlike a drum-stored reciprocating wire, the endless loop does not reverse direction during each cutting cycle. This continuous motion supports the H series' higher published diamond-wire speed of up to 40 m/s and can provide more stable wire motion, higher productivity and improved contour consistency when the wire, tension, feed rate, coolant and fixture are correctly matched.
The current range covers QT5625H, QT5632H, QT5635H, QT5645H, QT5655H and the large-travel QT56120H. Published X/Y travel extends from 250 × 300 mm to 1200 × 1400 mm. The listed wire-diameter range is model-dependent, currently starting from φ0.44–0.45 mm on most models and from φ0.65 mm on QT56120H, with a listed upper limit of φ1.5 mm. These figures describe the current machine listings; the final wire diameter, abrasive size and loop specification must be selected for the actual material and process.
H-series machines can be evaluated for graphite, optical glass, technical ceramics, ferrite and other magnetic materials, semiconductor and crystal materials, and selected stone products. Continuous motion does not create one universal cutting-speed or accuracy result. Material grade, workpiece dimensions, cutting height, contour, wire condition, tension, coolant, feed and measurement method all influence the result. Sample-cut confirmation is recommended when the job has a critical tolerance, surface requirement or edge-chipping limit.
Select a model by working envelope, table size, Z-axis configuration, fixture clearance and required wire path. Z-axis feed travel is not the same as maximum workpiece height or maximum cutting thickness; these capacities are confirmed separately.
